A New Standardfor Clinic Construction

We started Novo Development with a simple goal: build clinical spaces that let clinicians practice the right way, without ever having to think about the space around them. When the operatory flows, the sterilization room works as it should and every detail is handled, you can put all of your focus on your patients.

One of our founders is a practicing dentist. That means we don't guess at how a clinic should work, because we know it firsthand. We understand the chairside workflow, the equipment needs, the infection-control requirements and the daily pressures of running a practice. Few builders can bring that perspective to the table.

Our team brings over 30 years of combined experience in renovations and build-outs, and we take real pride in our craftsmanship. Clean lines, careful finishes and solid construction aren't extras to us. They're the standard on every job, whether it's a single operatory or a full facility.

We also believe healthcare owners deserve a fair deal. Too often, clinic construction comes with inflated pricing and little transparency. We're here to level the playing field with fair market rates, honest communication and clear costs from day one, so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.

Today we work with dentists, physicians and healthcare groups across Ontario on ground-up builds and renovations. Every project follows the same approach: understand how you work, build around it, and deliver a space you're proud to practice in.
